We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to play a key role in shaping how technology enables engagement, marketing excellence, and customer experience outcomes across yourtown. Working closely with marketing, digital, technology and business stakeholders, you'll translate complex business needs into practical solutions that drive measurable impact.

This is an opportunity to influence strategic initiatives, work across a diverse technology ecosystem, and help deliver projects that support a purpose driven organisation making a real difference.

In this role you will:

• Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Digital and Technology to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and process mapping activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria and other delivery ready artefacts that support Agile delivery.
• Work closely with Product Owners and project teams to refine and prioritise backlog items.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance engagement, operational efficiency and user experience.
• Support the design and implementation of solutions across CRM, marketing automation, digital platforms, data and reporting environments.
• Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and shared understanding.
• Support testing, validation and solution delivery to ensure outcomes meet business and customer needs.

Please note, this position is a full time, maximum term role for a 12 month period.

what we are looking for

• 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within MarTech, Digital, CRM or customer focused technology environments.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Technology or a related discipline is highly regarded.
• Strong experience gathering, analysing and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Demonstrated success working with platforms such as CRM, CMS, marketing automation, customer engagement or data and reporting solutions.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments and partnering closely with Product Owners and cross functional teams.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence influencing and communicating at all levels of an organisation.
• Strong workshop facilitation, process analysis and business improvement capability.
