About The Role

We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Part-Time Assistant Boutique Manager to help lead the daily operations of our Karrinyup Boutique. In this key role, you’ll support the Boutique Manager to inspire and guide a high-performing team, ensuring seamless boutique operations and delivering an elevated, memorable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Boutique Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the boutiqueEnsure the highest level of service is given to our guests, measured against set objectivesInspire, coach, and motivate the team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIsUphold brand standards and ensure a seamless, guest-first experienceExecute visual merchandising and stock management in line with company guidelinesLead and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture

About You

A minimum of 1 years' experience in a role within a similar retail businessExperience in an assistant manager or similar management roleExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a teamUnderstanding of KPI's and the ability to analyse and report figuresSkin care experience is ideal but not essential
