Counsellor

Alor Group have an exclusive partnership with a leading EAP organisation based in Sydney CBD! We are currently searching for an experienced and passionate Counsellor to work within this EAP specialist organisation who have a presence worldwide. The successful candidate will fit the criteria by working alongside the mental health support and operational team, providing ongoing counselling, clinical assessments, case management and support for a variety of complex EAP clients.

As a Counsellor in this position you will be a part of an experienced mental health and operational team working for a private organisation. You will be building a high standard of client care, communication and assistance.

What this position includes:

• Support clients in need throughout growth of the organisation
• Help people in risk including background with trauma, anxiety and suicide
• Focus on building relationships and assisting people with effective communication and procedure
• Effective one on one programs
• Provide support via phone and video

• Minimum Masters degree qualification in relevant field
• Current level 2 registration within ACA or PACFA
• Experience working within a similar position
• Understanding and experience of the what the position requires listed above along with of the Australian State Acts
• Proven written and verbal communication skills of a high standard with relevant keyboard and computer/computer software skills
