Job Title: PMO Analyst - Telecommunications | Duration: 12 months + | Location: Sydney preferred (hybrid)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a PMO Analyst / Project Coordinator to support the planning, delivery, and governance of critical telecommunications wireless network infrastructure projects. The role will combine PMO governance tracking KPIs, standardising reporting processes, and managing portfolio reporting. The preferred candidate will have hands-on project coordination to report on project timelines, budgets, and scope, supporting project managers with their project controls.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO analysis, or network deployment support within a telecommunications or network infrastructure environment.Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with Telco projectsUnderstanding with project management reporting tools.Strong organisational skills, clear communication across cross-functional engineering and commercial teams, and data-driven problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
Governance & Portfolio Reporting. Maintain reporting standards across the wireless network portfolio. Track key milestones, compile executive dashboards, and monitor project performance metrics.Project Coordination. Assist Project Managers with day-to-day coordination of project tasks.Serve as a central point of contact for the Program Director and his project managers.Resource & Schedule Management. Maintain integrated project schedules in PMO tools , tracking critical path dependencies and flagging potential bottlenecks early.Risk & Financial reporting. Help manage project budgets, purchase orders (POs), and invoice approvals. Maintain risk, action, issue, and dependency (RAID) logs across active build programs.
