Senior Loan Operations Officer | Onshore, SydneyAuto swift finance is a fast-growing automotive finance lender looking for a Senior Loan Operations Officer to provide onshore operational leadership across our Manila-based Loan Servicing, Collections, Payments, Hardship, and Credit Assessment teams.This is a hands-on, senior operational role for someone who already knows lending operations inside out — no ramp-up training required.What you'll do: 🔹 Act as the onshore coverage point for our Senior Operations Manager and Credit Assessment Manager during leave, peak periods, or escalations 🔹 Oversee daily arrears, payments, and servicing dashboards; action queues per SOP and monitor SLA performance 🔹 Process payments and disbursements of approved loans 🔹 Support Manila credit assessors with documentation checks, verification, and fraud flagging 🔹 Coach and guide Manila team leads on SOPs and workflow standards; support onboarding and succession planning 🔹 Act as an onshore escalation point for complex cases, IDR, payment disputes, hardship, and credit exceptions 🔹 Coordinate with Compliance on disputes and AFSA matters; maintain accurate records in Bizcore and ZohoWhat you'll bring: ✅ 3+ years' hands-on operations experience in a lending or consumer credit business (servicing, collections, payments, hardship, or credit assessment) ✅ Practical experience with loan management systems such as Bizcore, Zoho, or equivalent ✅ Solid understanding of NCCP, ASIC collections guidelines, hardship obligations, and credit risk principles ✅ Calm, clear communicator, confident supporting offshore teams and handling escalations ✅ Structured, detail-oriented, and ready to step into leadership responsibilities📍 Onshore, Australia 🏢 Supporting our Manila operations teamInterested?
