Aerotek Australia is seeking an organised and proactive Training Coordinator to join our on-site Operations team at our manufacturing facility in Wacol. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with production teams, supervisors and trainers to coordinate training programs, maintain compliance records and support a culture of continuous learning.
As the Training Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring employees have access to quality training, current procedures and the skills they need to work safely and effectively.

About the Role
As Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating training across the business to ensure employees have the skills, knowledge and competencies required to perform their roles safely and effectively. You will work closely with supervisors, leading hands and operational teams to identify training needs, maintain compliance requirements and facilitate employee development.
Key responsibilities include:
· Coordinating employee onboarding, inductions and training programs
· Developing training materials, presentations and visual work instructions
· Delivering training sessions and supporting competency assessments
· Maintaining employee training records, training matrices and certification registers
· Monitoring training compliance and qualification expiry dates
· Coordinating external training providers and course bookings
· Managing training documentation and records
· Supporting quality, safety and training initiatives across the site
· Working closely with production teams to identify skills gaps and refresher training needs
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
· Previous experience as a Training Coordinator, Training Administrator, Learning & Development or similar role
· Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
· Experience delivering training, presentations or facilitating group learning sessions
· Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
· The ability to build positive working relationships with employees at all levels
· A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to spend time supporting frontline teams
· Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE)
· Experience within manufacturing, industrial, warehousing or production environments (highly regarded)
