What’s the role?

Join our team and play a key role in strengthening credit quality across SME & Small Business. You'll review Credit Risk Grade assessments before they reach Credit, helping ensure they're accurate, consistent and supported by strong financial analysis.

Working closely with bankers, Portfolio Management teams and Credit, you'll identify potential issues early, provide practical coaching, and help improve risk grading capability across the business. You'll also analyse hindsight outcomes, uncover trends and contribute to ongoing improvements in our quality assurance processes.

What do I need? 

• Experience in commercial banking, SME lending, credit analysis or financial analysis. 
• Strong capability in reviewing financial statements and assessing customer risk. 
• Knowledge of credit policy, risk grading methodologies and quality assurance processes. 
• Ability to identify trends, root causes and opportunities for continuous improvement. 
• Confidence coaching and developing capability across lending and servicing teams.
