Kitchenhand/Cleaner

Le Cake is a wholesale manufacturer of cakes and desserts and savoury products. We are located in Hendra on the north side of Brisbane. 

We are seeking an experienced Kitchnehand/Cleaner to join our Kitchen team working approximately 20-25 hours per week.  This is a casual position that requires you to work Monday to Friday evening shifts. Shifts start at 3.30pm with finish times around 8 - 8.30pm.

In order to be considered for this position you must have previous experience in a similar role within food manufacturing environment and/or hospitality industry in Australia. 

Duties involved include:

• Washing of large catering equipment and utensils.

• Loading and unloading of the pot wash

• Floor scrubbing/cleaning/squeegee of the whole facility.

• Cleaning of work stations, coldrooms, and staff amenities.

• Working with a team of 5 Cleaners

• Adhering to our Haccp Food Safety & Cleaning Program

This position involves quite strenuous physical activity and will suit only fit, active motivated individuals who are punctual and reliable.

Your own reliable transport is a must as there is limited public transport available at night.
