We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join a growing team and provide high-quality, person-centred support to participants in their local area all over Brisbane. As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide tailored support to individuals living with disability, helping them achieve greater independence, confidence, and quality of life. You will work closely with participants to understand their goals and deliver support that promotes choice, dignity, inclusion, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities Provide person-centred support in line with individual support plans and goals. Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, household tasks, and medication prompting where required.

Support participants to access their local community, attend appointments, and participate in social and recreational activities. Encourage independence and assist participants to develop life skills and confidence. Monitor participant wellbeing and report concerns, incidents, or changes promptly.

Maintain accurate documentation, case notes, and progress records. Build positive and professional relationships with participants, families, carers, and stakeholders. Ensure services are delivered in accordance with NDIS Practice Standards, workplace policies, and health and safety requirements.

Essential Requirements Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain). Current

Working with Children Check (Blue Card) (or willingness to obtain). Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
