4WD Accessories Fitter & Car Audio Installer

About the role

Autobarn Opposite Lock Noarlunga is looking for an experienced 4WD Accessories Fitter & Car Audio Installer to join our workshop team. You'll work across a broad range of installations, including bull bars, nudge bars, tow bars, suspension upgrades, roof racks, canopies, driving lights, UHF radios, dual battery systems, car audio systems, reverse cameras, dash cameras and general automotive accessory installations. With such a wide range of products and vehicles coming through the workshop, there's always something different to work on.

Key responsibilities

• Install bull bars, nudge bars and vehicle protection

• Install tow bars and towing accessories

• Perform suspension upgrades

• Install roof racks, platforms and storage systems

• Install canopies and touring accessories

• Install driving lights and LED light bars

• Install UHF radios and communications equipment

• Install dual battery systems and 12V accessories

• Install car audio systems, speakers, amplifiers and subwoofers

• Perform fault finding and troubleshooting

About you

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in 4WD accessory fitting, car audio installation or a directly related automotive fitting role

• Take genuine pride in your workmanship

• Have strong mechanical and automotive 12V skills

• Enjoy working on 4WDs and vehicles

• Can complete installations neatly and professionally

• Have good fault-finding and problem-solving skills

• Are confident working independently

• Enjoy being part of a positive workshop team

• Have excellent attention to detail

• Hold a current Australian driver's licence
