Vertex Facades has secured a significant pipeline of long-term work and is expanding our installation team.

We are looking for experienced Window Installers, Carpenters, Glaziers and Facade Installers to join us on one of Western Australia’s most iconic developments.

This is not short-term project work. We are looking for good people who want consistent work, strong conditions and the opportunity to become part of a high-performing team.

Both wages and subcontractor arrangements are available.

You will be working as part of an experienced installation team delivering commercial aluminium window, glazing and facade packages.

Work will include:

Installation of commercial aluminium window and door systems

Installation of aluminium facade systems

Balustrade installation

Setting out and preparation of installation areas

Reading and interpreting shop drawings and architectural plans

Working closely with supervisors and other installers to maintain programme and quality

Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and site safety

We are interested in experienced tradespeople from a range of backgrounds, including:

Window and door installers

Commercial glaziers

Facade installers

Carpenters with commercial construction experience

Experienced construction tradespeople looking to move into facade installation

You do not need to have done every aspect of facade installation previously. If you are a capable tradesperson with strong construction experience, good attention to detail and the right attitude, we want to hear from you.

You will have:

Experience working on commercial construction projects

Strong installation and problem-solving skills

Ability to read plans and shop drawings

Good attention to detail and pride in your workmanship

A strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team

Current construction industry tickets

Reliable transport

Ability to meet site medical and drug and alcohol requirements

Long-term, secure work

A major project with a substantial forward programme

$45–$55 per hour for suitable wages employees, depending on experience and capability

Competitive subcontractor rates
