About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Officer to lead the day-to-day operations of our growing chiropractic business. Working closely with the CEO, you will be responsible for executing the company's vision, leading the team, driving business growth, improving systems and ensuring operational excellence across multiple clinics.

This is a hands-on executive role. While you will lead the business and drive its strategic direction, you won't be afraid to roll up your sleeves. You will support reception operations where required, leading by example while maintaining a strong understanding of the day-to-day clinic operations. This hands-on approach will enable you to build a high-performing team, develop efficient systems and deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the business across multiple clinics in line with the company's vision and strategic objectives.

• Drive business growth through marketing, community events and patient engagement.

• Strong networking and business-to-business relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop strategic partnerships and referral networks.

• Lead the practice's digital marketing and social media strategy, including content creation, iPhone filming, video editing, campaign management and audience engagement to drive patient growth and brand awareness.

• Manage, coach and develop the team.

• Oversee HR, recruitment, onboarding and performance management.

• Build and foster a high-performing and positive workplace culture.

• Manage payroll, reporting, budgets and key business KPIs.

• Lead weekly team meetings and maintain accountability across the business.

• Develop and improve systems, policies and operational procedures.

• Implement AI tools and automation to improve business efficiency.

• Partner with the CEO to execute strategic priorities and business growth initiatives.

About You

You are an organised, proactive leader with strong commercial acumen who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy leading people, improving systems and driving continuous improvement.

Essential Skills

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior operations, practice management, business management or similar Operations management role

• Strong people management and HR experience

• Marketing and event coordination experience

• Social media management (Facebook & Instagram)

• Content creation, iPhone filming and video editing

• Canva graphic design skills

• Experience using AI platforms

• Payroll and financial reporting experience

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Ability to analyse and present business performance metrics
