About the Role:
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of our cafe. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves creating memorable experiences for customers. Starting on Permanent Casual L3 rate, with an opportunity for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the cafe.
• Ensure the seamless execution of customer service.
• Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages to meet our excellent standards.
• Train and mentor team members to maintain a high-performance culture.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering supplies.
• Visit other sites occasionally for assistance when required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Exceptional coffee-making skills and a passion for the craft.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• A customer-first attitude and a keen eye for detail.
• Availability to work flexible hours, to accommodate for catering/onsite functions.
