Why this is an exciting opportunity

We're looking for an Operations Systems Team Leader to take ownership of the technology platforms that power our Operations teams. Sitting at the intersection of Operations, Technology, Risk and Customer Service, you'll lead the governance, optimisation and continuous improvement of key operational systems while driving the safe and effective adoption of AI capabilities across the business.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, improving customer and employee experiences, and leading technology-driven change. You'll combine hands-on platform expertise with people leadership, helping shape how our Operations teams leverage technology and AI to deliver smarter, more efficient outcomes.
