Remote Energy designs and builds rugged generator & battery-storage enclosures that thrive in Australia’s harshest, most remote locations. We’re expanding and need a trade-qualified Sheetmetal specialist with Aluminium experience who can transform raw sheet into field-ready gear that laughs at heat, salt spray and red dust.

What you’ll be doing

• Read & interpret drawings to fabricate components exactly to spec

• MIG & TIG weld aluminium (2–12 mm plate & extrusion) to high structural and visual standards

• Cut, bend, form, fit and finish aluminium

• Assemble and finish full enclosures and skid frames ready for integration

• Own quality and safety on every job; flag improvements to make the next build even better
