The Position

Fulltime Monday to Friday (9am-5pm or 10am-6pm - flexible)Preparing consignment notesTracking proof of deliveriesCalling and arranging pick up and deliveries through transport and freight companies Preparing Run sheetsConsolidating delivery orders for Local Metro runsArranging store reports and labels for storage contractors Printing labels and organising the despatch of labels and documentation to external warehousesAnswering marketing enquiries on the movements of non-local deliveries

About You

Previous experience in Despatch/Transport office support role with experience in liaising with a variety of people - including customers, truck drivers, transport/shipping companies and across teams/functionsStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organisation and time management skillsProficient in the use of Microsoft Office suiteFlexibility and the ability to think on your feet in a fast paced transport officeDangerous Goods experience an advantageSeeking to establish
