We're growing our Premium Guest Services Team and are looking for customer-focused professionals to join us as Premium Guest Hosts.  About the Role

As a Premium Guest Host, you'll deliver personalised service to our premium gaming guests, creating memorable experiences and building strong customer relationships.

This is a casual position offering a rotating roster across days, evenings, weekends and public holidays, with the opportunity to work part-time to full-time equivalent hours based on business needs.

You'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional service to premium gaming guests.

• Building genuine customer relationships and creating memorable experiences.

• Serving food and beverages to guests.

• Assisting with gaming machine payouts, refills and minor machine faults.

• Promoting Club membership benefits and services.

• Managing guest enquiries and resolving issues professionally.

• Maintaining compliance with RSA, RCG and Club policies.

• Supporting responsible conduct of gaming practices.

• Working collaboratively with the Premium Guest and Gaming teams.

 About You

You are a confident and engaging hospitality professional who enjoys connecting with people and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

• Demonstrated experience in customer service, hospitality or gaming.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• A professional, positive and approachable manner.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• High presentation and grooming standards.

• Current RSA and RCG Competencies.

• Availability to work a rotating roster including days, nights and weekends.
