Site Supervisor - Commercial Fitouts

About the Role

We are seeking a Site Supervisor for refurbishment and fitout project in Croydon - converting office space to a veterinary clinic. The refurb / fitout will involve demolition, new in-ground services, new partitions, ceilings, wall linings, floor coverings, and joinery as well as the reticulation of all new building services including medical gases, and the construction of new radiology, ultrasound, surgery, pathology and waiting areas.

Project duration will be around 15 weeks and the expected start date is within the next 2-3 weeks.

You'll be responsible for supervising work done by contractors on the site and ensuring that it meets the required safety, quality, and environmental standards. Days of work will generally be Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday only required if there are delays due to weather or material supply.

About You

You'll have:

• Experience supervising commercial refurbishment / internal fitouts, with experience in the vet or medical industry an advantage

• Experience supervising $1m-$3m projects

• Carpentry background with the ability (and willingness) to perform some hands-on trade work

• A commitment to HSEQ and an understanding of the day-to-day tasks needed to ensure safety, quality, and the environment are not compromised on site

• A current Australian Driver's Licence and own vehicle

• Current First Aid and CPR accreditation, or willingness to obtain

• White Card.
