Site Supervisor - Commercial Fitouts

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Site Supervisors for two commercial fit out projects, in Burpengary and Morayfield South. Depending on experience, one person may be able to supervise both projects.

Both projects involve fitouts of empty industrial units - one to medical suites (approximately 8 weeks' duration), one to a veterinary clinic (approximately 20 weeks' duration). Both are scheduled to commence mid September.

You'll be responsible for supervising work done by contractors on the site and ensuring that it meets the required safety, quality, and environmental standards. Days of work will generally be Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday required if there are delays due to weather or material supply.

About You

You'll have:

• Experience supervising commercial construction, with experience in the veterinary or medical industry an advantage

• QBCC accreditation

• Experience supervising medium to large refurbishment / fitout projects

• A commitment to HSEQ and an understanding of the day-to-day tasks needed to ensure safety, quality, and the environment are not compromised on site

• A current Australian Driver's Licence and own vehicle

• Current First Aid and CPR accreditation, or willingness to obtain

• White Card

• A carpentry (preferred).
