We offer a positive workplace culture where the successful candidate can grow professionally.   Job responsibilities Inspect workspaces and machinery prior to daily production to guarantee alignment with occupational health and safety (OHS) standards. Check the quality and freshness of raw materials and accurately weigh and measure ingredients in accordance with recipes.

Prepare, mature, cut, mould, mix and shape various types of dough and pastry goods using manual techniques and commercial bakery equipment. Craft and prepare a variety of sweet and savoury pastry fillings. Manage the end-to-end production cycle, including the forming, loading, baking, unloading, depanning and cooling of batches of pies, rolls, pastries and other bakery products.

Oversee the baking process by adjusting heat levels and observing visual cues to ensure optimal doneness. Add sweet glazes to pastries and beautifully decorate cakes using icing and cream. Empty, wash, and grease baking trays, tins, and other baking equipment to maintain hygiene and prepare equipment for the next batch.

What we are looking for Proven experience as a Pastrycook or in a similar pastry or bakery role. A relevant qualification in patisserie is highly regarded. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a genuine passion for baking.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle early morning shifts or weekends. Excellent teamwork and time management skills. What we offer A supportive, friendly, and dynamic team environment.
