About the roleReporting to the Head of Business Systems, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving Aunty Grace's technology environment. You will oversee our Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms, cyber security initiatives, device management and day-to-day IT operations while helping shape the future direction of our technology landscape. This is a highly visible role requiring strong technical expertise combined with a practical, customer-focused approach.
Key responsibilitiesManage Microsoft 365, Azure and Entra ID environmentsAdminister users, permissions, groups and identity managementMaintain licensing and access controlsApply security best practices and least-privilege principlesManage cyber security controls and security uplift initiativesMonitor and respond to security threats and vulnerabilitiesSupport ASD Essential Eight maturity improvementsMaintain security documentation and standardsProvide senior-level technical support and issue resolutionAct as an escalation point for complex technical issues
About you5+ years in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Administration or IT OperationsStrong Microsoft 365 administration experienceAzure and Entra ID administration experienceIntune and endpoint management experienceExposure to cyber security initiatives and security controlsExperience supporting environments of 100-500 usersDegree, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Cyber Security or related disciplineMicrosoft certifications highly regarded (Azure, Microsoft 365, Security)
