About the role

As our Membership Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving results, encouraging sales, nurturing leads and ensuring a strong team environment where the club and its members thrive. You will also be the first point of contact for our current members, assisting them with their various needs and queries. The role will also require you to be comfortable with making numerous outbound calls.

You will also perform general reception duties such as answering phones, open/close reception, making bookings, answering queries etc.

About you

• You're a woman with a hands-on, positive, can-do attitude.
• Availability of Monday to Saturday: mornings and evenings on weekdays and Saturday mornings - as required by the roster.
• Must be available at minimum, 3 days per week to work
• It would be an advantage if you are looking for a career in the Fitness industry and have (or in progress of getting) Fitness qualifications

Skills & experience

• Minimum 12 months proven experience with face-to-face sales.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships quickly.
• Can drive enquiries in the local area and convert leads to meet targets.
• Dynamic and creative sales skills; able to identify sales and marketing opportunities.
• WWVP card (current or in progress of obtaining)
• Current First Aid and CPR qualifications

Pay: $33.00 – $35.00 per hour
