Relief - Building Manager

ALAND is currently on the lookout for a Relief Building Manager to join our rapidly growing team! As this role is a vital part of the business, at our core, we believe in holding the maintenance of our buildings to the same standard as when they were first constructed. That’s why our commitment to care continues with our in-house building management division.

Located in Western Sydney we are seeking a proactive Relief Building Manager that have a desire to be part of our exciting residential and mixed used development/s and buildings located in Western Sydney. 

Some of the key duties include (but are not limited to): 

• High end multi-level residential Building upkeep and maintenance coordination

• Conducting handyman work where required

• Service Contractor and in-house team management

• Internal and external Stakeholder management

• Cleaning maintenance coordination

• WHS & Security management

The successful applicant will:

• Have a demonstrated knowledge and background in facilities and building management operations, contractor management and compliance, and managing owner and resident relationships (will be highly regarded)

• Have a Driver's license with your own reliable transport

• Have a proactive attitude

• Be willing to learn, develop and take on responsibility

• Be personable with solid communication skills
