Duty Manager

Job brief

We are looking for a professional duty manager with exceptional customer service skills to maintain the standard of our food & beverage service, while ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the front of house areas.

Key Accountabilities

• Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
• Respond efficiently and accurately to operational challenges
• Ensure our shifts run smoothly and customers have a pleasant dining experience.
• Appraise staff performance and provide constructive feedback to maintain standards.
• Responsibility for the security of our premises

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

• Minimum 2 years experience in a managerial role for a licensed premises
• Experience with POS systems and online booking platforms
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Able to problem solve in time critical circumstances.
• Demonstrated food & beverage knowledge
• Cash-handling skills
• Willingness to work a roster that includes nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Full working rights within Australia

Qualifications

· Hold a current Approved Managers (unrestricted) license

· Hold a current Food Safety Supervisor certificate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
