• Make and receive calls with supporters, donors and members of the community.

• Build genuine rapport and create positive customer experiences.

• Listen carefully, understand people's needs and communicate with empathy and professionalism.

• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve enquiries.

• Work towards individual and team performance goals.

• Accurately record information and maintain CRM records.

• Represent some of Australia's leading charities and purpose-driven organisations.

• Continue developing your communication, customer service and relationship-building skills.

Previous contact centre experience is preferred, and experience in the fundraising sector is highly regarded. We also welcome applicants with backgrounds in sales, hospitality, retail, banking, insurance or other customer-facing roles.
