Patient Liaison Officer - Call Centre

Moreton Eye Group is seeking an empathetic, organised, and confident Patient Liaison Officer (PLO) – Call Centre to join our support team, based primarily at Caboolture with occasional rostered work across our other clinic locations.

About the Role

In this role, you will be a key first point of contact for patients, supporting appointment coordination and helping our clinics run smoothly across Caboolture, North Lakes, and Redcliffe.

Key responsibilities include:

·         Manage incoming calls for all three clinic sites

·         Schedule, adjust, and triage appointments within established guidelines

·         Follow up referrals and ensure accurate patient database updates

·         Contact patients who miss appointments and assist with rescheduling

·         Work collaboratively with clinical staff, managers, and health professionals

·         Provide compassionate, professional service to every patient, every time
