The Roles:

Working as an ambassador for Guerlain, you will be the authority in all things skin care. You will

• Perform luxurious facial treatments according to the brand’s protocols,
• Provide consultation and on-counter services to your customers in relation to Guerlain’s range of makeup, skincare and fragrance,
• Build meaningful and long-lasting client relationships designed to retain customers and entice them back again and again,
• Maintain all customer registration details,
• Achieve retail sales and annual productivity goals and targets,
• Maintain the counter and consultation areas to the highest standards, and
• Demonstrate the Guerlain values across Beauty, Fragrance and Skincare.

All of these positions are permanent part time working across all store opening hours.

About You:

• You absolutely must have previous experience in performing facial treatments,
• You must have a passion for the Guerlain range and be able to demonstrate your beauty knowledge to your customers
• Qualifications in Beauty Therapy/Makeup Artistry or similar is highly desirable
• Retail experience, particularly within the department store environment is preferred
• Achievement focused and previous experience working within the department store environment (ideally within beauty or fragrance) is strongly preferred
• Available to work weekends, late nights and public holidays in line with department store trading hours
