💼 About the Role

As a Support Worker, you'll provide one-on-one support to NDIS participants, promoting independence, building capacity, and supporting daily living. Your role may include:

• Personal care (showering, dressing, medication support)

• Community access (appointments, shopping, social and recreational activities)

• Supporting participants in Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes

• Household tasks (cleaning, meal preparation, domestic assistance)

• Supporting emotional wellbeing and positive engagement

• Implementing Positive Behaviour Support strategies (where applicable)
  

🌟 About You

You're compassionate, reliable, and professional, with a genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities. Ideally, you will have:

• A genuine commitment to person-centred support

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

• First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)

• Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle

• Cert III or higher in Disability, Community or Individual Support (preferred, not essential)

• Strong communication skills, initiative, and a professional approach

• Mental Health experience (highly regarded)

• High-Intensity support experience (highly regarded)
