We are proud to be the clinics of choice for our clients, built on trusted relationships, outstanding service, and a strong commitment to pet wellness, quality medicine, and advanced surgical care.About the RoleAs a multi-site Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the overall success of both clinics. You will oversee operations, people, and performance, ensuring exceptional standards across all areas of the business. Key responsibilities include:Leading and coordinating all aspects of client care, nursing, and veterinary servicesDriving customer experience, client engagement, social media and loyalty initiativesManaging clinic performance including budgets, payroll, stock control, and P&LOverseeing compliance, workplace health and safety, facilities, and presentation standardsChampioning continuous improvement initiatives and key projectsPartnering closely with Lead Vets, Head Nurses, and regional leadershipFostering a positive team culture focused on wellbeing, communication, and developmentBuilding strong relationships with clients, community partners, and suppliersAbout YouYou are a confident and capable leader who thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment.
