Founded in Hong Kong in 2016 by the French couple Delphine Lefay and Diego Dultzin Lacoste, OnTheList is a leading premium flash sales concept in APAC and the Middle-East. OnTheList works to minimize the problem of excess stock by turning past-season inventory into sustainable opportunities. OnTheList works directly with retail brands and official distributors, turning old inventory into opportunity by providing a sustainable way for brands to sell past-season items that would have otherwise ended up in landfills, while providing the best deals and steep discounts to our OnTheList members. Since launching in Hong Kong in 2016, OnTheList has hosted over 5,200 flash sales and has built a community of over 1.3 million members across all regions. We’ve since expanded to Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Thailand, South Korea, Shanghai, Beijing, Taiwan, Dubai and Saudi Arabia.
Sustainability is rooted in who we are and motivates us to continue our mission. To date, we have saved over 8.2 million items from ending up in landfills. Forming OnTheLove, our CSR initiative, has allowed us to deepen our commitment to minimizing our carbon footprint while working with local organizations and hosting regular charity sales.

WHAT WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH...
Executive P&L & Financial Leadership:Assume total financial accountability for the Australian market P&L, driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and accurate forecasting for regional leadership and founders.Optimize profitability across end-to-end operations while monitoring performance trends to rapidly close operational gaps.
Commercial Growth & Brand Partnerships:Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with premier brand partners to secure mutual success.Proactively explore and close new brand partnerships to drive aggressive market growth and calendar diversity.
Omnichannel Operations & Execution:Oversee end-to-end operations for online flash sales, including digital platform coordination and fulfillment efficiency.Direct offline flash sales, retail teams, and on-site floor operations to guarantee high service standards.Streamline operational workflows and address commercial challenges proactively.
Marketing, CRM & Community Building:Collaborate closely with marketing teams and external agencies to scale the OnTheList member community and boost local market visibility.Ensure all marketing and CRM campaigns align directly with business goals and revenue targets.
Team Leadership & Regional Alignment:Lead, mentor, and inspire the local team of 9, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with company values.Coordinate seamlessly with the Singapore-based SEA regional team to leverage shared resources, corporate tools, and regional strategies.
WHAT IT TAKES…At least 10 years of experience in retail, luxury, or ecommerce industry.Minimum of 2–5 years in a senior country-level leadership or general management capacity with proven, direct P&L ownership and fiscal accountability.Strong Commercial mindset with a friendly, caring and collaborative demeanor.A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset combined with high ambition, enthusiasm, and a commitment to stylish, high-quality execution.Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.Exceptional communication skills, proficient in managing brand partners and internal stakeholders.High comfort with ambiguity and retail volatility; capable of scaling a market presence rapidly and learning continuously from operational hurdles.
