Waitperson

About the role

As a Front of House team member, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for every customer, taking orders, serving food and drinks, maintaining a clean and organised dining area, and helping the team deliver great service during busy periods.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, attentive service

• Take customer orders accurately and process payments

• Serve pizzas, food and beverages efficiently

• Assist with takeaway and dine-in orders

• Maintain a clean, tidy and presentable front-of-house area

• Communicate effectively with kitchen and management staff

• Handle customer enquiries and requests professionally

• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures

• Support the team during busy service periods

• Contribute to a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for customers and staff

• Works well in a fast-paced team environment

• Has good communication and organisational skills

• Is reliable, punctual and well presented

• Can stay calm and focused when things get busy

• Has a genuine interest in hospitality and great food

• Must be able to work Wed & Thurs 4:45pm - 8:15pm, Fri, Sat & Sun 11:45am - 8:45pm

• Previous hospitality experience is essential
