The role includes a wide range of responsibilities, ranging from leadership, dish costing and procedure implementation, assisting the team with day-to-day management as well as contributing to dish development. Key Responsibilities:

· To prepare, cook and present (or otherwise delegate to other kitchen staff including cooks) food for consumption

· Supervising and coordinate activities of cooks and other food preparation workers.

· Inspecting supplies, equipment's and work areas for cleanliness and functionality.

· Ordering and maintain inventory of food and supplies.

· Communicate with the managers and supervisors regarding issues relating to preparation and service in the restaurant

· Ensure kitchen staff follows directives and be responsible and accountable for food service.

· Ensuring food preparation and quality is of the highest standard possible

Key Requirements:

· Applicant must have at least 1-Year of relevant employment experience

· Applicant will ideally hold relevant vocational or tertiary qualifications

· Excellent communication skills

· Enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for food

· Commitment to excellent customer service

· Strong work ethic

· Adhere to all Food Health and Safety Regulations

Position Offers:

· Full-Time Hours

· Permanent

· Salary between $75,000 to $95,000 plus superannuation
