Palm Beach Supporters Club

We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Reception & Membership Services Officer to be the welcoming face of our Club.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in customer service, reception, hospitality or a member-based organisation who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will play an important role in creating a positive and welcoming experience from the moment people enter our Club.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and welcoming members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Managing new membership applications and membership renewals.

• Updating membership records and member information.

• Processing enquiries and providing information about Club facilities and services.

• Following Club entry procedures and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

• Confidently managing a variety of customer interactions and resolving concerns professionally.

• Maintaining accurate records and administrative documentation.

• Working collaboratively with the wider Club team to deliver outstanding service.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a reception, customer service, hospitality, club, hotel or administrative role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• The confidence and professionalism to manage a variety of customer interactions and resolve concerns effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and administrative skills.

• Sound computer skills and the ability to learn membership management systems.

• A reliable, punctual and flexible work ethic.

• The ability to work independently while remaining a strong team player.

This role operates across a seven-day roster. Applicants must be available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays, with shifts finishing as late as 10:00pm. Our venue does not trade late into the night.
