Accessory Fitter / Pre-Delivery Technician
Country Motor Company – Bomaderry, NSW
Full Time | Automotive
Country Motor Company is a well-established automotive dealership located on the NSW South Coast.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Accessory Fitter / Pre-Delivery Technician to join our Bomaderry team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with vehicles and takes pride in doing the job properly. Our customers see the finished vehicle — we see the work that went into it, so quality workmanship and attention to detail matter to us.
About the role
Fit genuine and aftermarket vehicle accessories
Install bull bars, tow bars, canopies, snorkels, side steps, driving lights and other accessories
Carry out electrical accessory installations where required
Complete pre-delivery inspections and vehicle preparation
Follow manufacturer fitting instructions and dealership procedures
Ensure vehicles are completed on time and to a high standard
Communicate job progress and any parts requirements or delays with the team
About you
Previous accessory fitting, pre-delivery or similar automotive experience
Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable with a positive attitude
Current Australian driver's licence
A Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or similar qualification would be highly regarded but is not essential for the right person.
