• Recommend suitable service options based on client goals and budget.
• Maintain strong product and service knowledge across gardening, landscaping, turf, irrigation, and materials.
• Update CRM/job management systems with notes, quotes, and client interactions.
• Follow up with leads to convert enquiries into booked jobs.
• Support repeat business by nurturing positive client relationships.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in customer service, administration, or a client‑facing role.
• Understanding of gardening, landscaping, or outdoor services (preferred but not essential).
