Find out more about our shared purpose, and what drives every one of us.

About the role
As a Legal Assistant, you will work directly with our litigation team. You will provide accurate administrative and clerical support associated with file management and case preparation for Solicitors. You will be responsible for drafting high quality correspondence and court documents, diary management, liaising with third parties and general legal administration. Success in this role is measured by your responsiveness, quality of legal support, effective communication, and adaptability.
About the Team
This role will see you working with a team of Legal Assistants and Solicitors in a collaborative and supportive environment. Supported by a manager who is open and approachable, creating a culture where everyone feels heard and valued.

Legal Expertise and Industry Knowledge
You have proven experience in a legal environment as a Legal Assistant, with sound understanding of the legal system. Your familiarity with legal processes enables you to support casework efficiently and accurately.
Positive Team Player
You’re a proactive team player who thrives in both independent and collaborative settings. You show initiative and take ownership of your work.
Why you’ll love it here
There’s more to work than a competitive salary and amazing employee benefits. As our newest Legal Assistant, you’ll also:

Every day the work you do at the TAC contributes to something bigger. As part of an inclusive, supportive team you’ll find real purpose in achieving goals, together.
Be rewarded for great work
We value our people, offering salary packaging and a reward and recognition program.
Grow and go places
We’re invested in your progress. When you work for one of Victoria’s largest and leading workplaces, you’ll receive extensive internal opportunities for development and access to the LinkedIn Learning Digital Hub.
