The Opportunity

We're looking for Project Managers and Project Engineers to join our team across the Coffs Harbour and Northern Rivers regions.

These roles span contractor-side and principal/client-side environments, including councils, developers, asset owners and infrastructure projects.

Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include:

• Leading or supporting the delivery of civil infrastructure, construction and engineering projects.

• Managing project scope, programme, budget, quality, safety and risk requirements.

• Coordinating contractors, consultants, councils, developers and site teams.

• Managing project documentation, RFIs, technical queries and reporting.

• Reviewing drawings, specifications, programmes and project risks.

• Supporting procurement, contract administration and project controls.

• Preparing progress reports and providing updates to stakeholders.

• Identifying project risks, opportunities and practical solutions.

• Representing McGloin Baker professionally in all project environments.

About You

You may be an experienced Project Engineer seeking greater responsibility or a Project Manager capable of leading teams and delivering complex projects.

Ideally, you will have:

• Experience as a Project Manager, Project Engineer or similar role.

• A background in civil construction, infrastructure or engineering consulting.

• A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.

• The ability to work independently and take ownership.

• Current Australian work rights.

• Current driver's licence.

• White Card.
