Pharmacy Assistant Retail Manager

TerryWhite Chemmart Sinnamon Park is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Pharmacy Retail Manager to lead our front-of-shop team and help deliver exceptional customer experiences every day.

Reporting to the Pharmacy Owner and Pharmacist Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the retail business, ensuring operational excellence while leading and inspiring a team committed to customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the retail team to achieve excellent customer service standards.

• Driving retail sales, promotional campaigns and business growth.

• Managing store presentation, merchandising and planogram compliance.

• Inventory management, stock control, ordering and minimising stock loss.

• Monitoring key retail KPIs and implementing strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.

• Working closely with pharmacists to deliver integrated healthcare services and retail solutions.

• Maintaining compliance with TerryWhite Chemmart standards, pharmacy regulations and workplace health and safety requirements.

• Building strong relationships with customers and becoming a trusted member of the local community.

We're looking for someone who brings energy, leadership and commercial thinking to the role.

You will have:

• Certificate III or IV in Community Pharmacy

• Previous experience managing a retail team within the pharmacy industry.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with stock management, merchandising and promotional execution.

• Confidence using retail POS systems.

• A genuine passion for customer care and community pharmacy.
