In 2021, the company was acquired by a global leader in industrial packaging solutions. With recent growth in their operations, they are seeking an Administration Officer to support their local team based in Port Melbourne.

• Customer Service/Sales Support
  
• Data entry
  
• Invoicing
  
• Liaising with local customers and suppliers
  
• Organising Couriers
  
• Processing and coordinating sales and purchase orders
  
• Provide Administration support to Managers as required
  

• Proven experience in Administration/Customer Service
  
• Experience using MYOB to raise purchase orders and invoicing 
  
• Good numeracy skills
  
• Strong attention to detail
  
• Strong problem solving skills with excellent interpersonal & communication skills (both written & verbal)
  
• Fantastic organisational skills and time management
  
• Proficient computer skills; including Microsoft Word, Excel & Office and MYOB
  
• Driver’s licence 
  
• Available to commence immediately (preferred)
