An exciting opportunity has arisen within NSW Fair Trading for a Senior Inspector.
We are looking for experienced regulatory professionals who are committed to ensuring fairness, integrity, and compliance in NSW marketplaces. You will lead and conduct inspections, investigations, and enforcement activities that uphold community trust and deliver strong consumer outcomes.

About the Team
Within the Strata & Property Branch, this role forms part of the Strata & Property Services Commission. The Commission's objective is to safeguard the integrity of strata and property services by conducting effective inspections, delivering timely and targeted interventions, and undertaking robust prosecutions where breaches occur. The team works proactively to ensure compliance with relevant laws, mitigate risks across the sector, and uphold the rights and responsibilities of all participants in NSW's strata and property services industry.
