No previous sales experience is necessary - we are looking for attitude over experience. If you're driven, willing to learn, and enjoy working with people, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

About the Role

As a Sales Cadet, you'll work alongside experienced sales professionals, gaining practical experience across all aspects of the sales process while building the skills needed to become a successful Business Development Manager or Account Manager.

You'll learn how to:

• Build strong relationships with customers across the precast/construction industry.

• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Support and grow existing customer accounts.

• Develop and learn product knowledge across PSA's extensive range of construction products and services.

• Attend customer meetings and project visits with experienced team members.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while working towards individual and team goals.
