We’re particularly interested in Estimators with experience across commercial construction projects including:

Ideally, you’ll have experience working with a commercial head contractor or established builder and be comfortable managing tenders from initial review through to final submission.

Your Experience
You may currently be working as an:
• Senior Estimator
• Estimator
• Tender Manager
• Pre-Construction Estimator
• Estimating Manager
Ideally, you’ll bring:
• Proven Australian commercial construction estimating experience
• Experience pricing projects from approximately $5m through to $100m+
• Strong understanding of construction methodology, programme and buildability
• Subcontractor and supplier engagement experience
• Tender preparation, take-offs and cost planning capability
• Ability to identify commercial risk and value-engineering opportunities
• Strong knowledge of the Adelaide subcontractor market highly regarded
• Experience with estimating software such as CostX, Cubit, Buildsoft or similar
Most importantly, you’ll understand how to put together a commercially competitive tender without simply chasing the lowest number.
