What We’re Looking For: 

Proven Sales & Operations Leader: At least 3+ years in a senior management role within high-volume hospitality, or multisite operations.  

Hospitality & Leadership Expertise: Background in major hospitality groups like, demonstrating the ability to lead large, high-performing teams. 

Community-Driven & Brand-Focused: Passionate about local marketing, events, and community engagement, with a track record of building strong partnerships and increasing customer loyalty. 

Strong People Developer: Ability to mentor, engage, and develop managers, creating a culture of high performance and talent growth.
