9 DAY FORTNIGHT FLEXIBLE WORK HOURS - SENIOR ACCOUNTANT – SUNSHINE COAST – BUSINESS ADVISORY FIRM – $80K–$100K + SUPER (JOB ID 693)

Our client is a well-established Sunshine Coast advisory firm with over 40 years’ success, known for delivering high-quality, personalised accounting and business advisory services. With a strong reputation across the region, they work closely with clients to reduce risk, grow businesses and build long-term wealth through a collaborative, relationship-driven approach.  

The Role: 

• Manage and support a portfolio of SME clients across tax, compliance and advisory 

• Provide proactive business advice including forecasting, cashflow and structuring  

• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor  

• Work closely with experienced Partners and senior team members  

• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment  

About You: 

• 3–5+ years’ experience in Australian public practice  

• CA/CPA qualified or working towards completion  

• Strong technical skills across tax and business services  

• Confident communicator who enjoys client interaction  

• Proactive, organised and motivated to grow into a senior role
