• 4-day work week — get paid for 38 hours, work 32. Genuine time back for the things that matter outside the office.

• Advisory-led work, not compliance-only — the majority of our portfolio is business advisory and forward-planning, not just lodgements and BAS. You'll be helping clients build wealth and structure their businesses, not just filing their returns.

• Modern tech stack — Karbon, Xero Practice Manager, Ignition, BGL360, O365, Monday.com, Change GPS — so you're not wrestling with outdated systems.

• Option to progress to a Client Advisor role (if and when you're ready)

You'll bring strong technical accounting skills and pair them with the kind of advisory thinking that turns a set of financial statements into a genuine growth conversation. • 5 years' experience in public practice, ideally with exposure to both compliance and advisory work

• While a CA or CPA qualification is welcomed, we're equally interested in candidates who bring proven accounting experience, sound technical knowledge, and a collaborative leadership approach

• A genuine interest in mentoring and developing others
