Job description:

Deliver a sustainable future with WA's landmark urea project!

Clough, as part of a Joint Venture with Saipem, is delivering the ‘Project CERES' urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes. The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.

We are currently searching for a Site Administrator to join our site-based (Karratha) team on Project Ceres. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative, logistical and coordination support to site operations.

Responsibilities

• Control the distribution and filing of project documentation in accordance with company and project document control standards.
• Support preparation of site correspondence, minutes of meeting, weekly reports, and status updates.
• Maintain updated registers (e.g., manpower, equipment, materials, inductions).
• Facilitate onboarding, site access, and induction processes for employees and subcontractors.
• Support logistics for personnel movements, accommodations, transportation, meals, and welfare services.
• Coordinate delivery documentation for materials and equipment, ensuring accurate records and timely updates to procurement or warehouse teams.

• Act as a central point of contact for internal site communication and administrative coordination.
• Liaise with head office functions (HR, Finance, Procurement, HSE, QA/QC) to support site needs.
• Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and arrange site events or training sessions.

Key Requirements

• Ability to work a 19:9 rotation to site.

• Strong administrative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Previous experience in a Site Administration role highly desirable.
• Systems experience in SAP/Synchro/INX highly regarded.
• Strong communication skills.
