Real Estate Associate / Senior Associate

• Big-ticket deals across real estate, development, projects, banking & finance, and government matters.
• Work on national matters, not WA specific.

About the role:

• Complex acquisitions, disposals and leasing across commercial, industrial, and retail sectors
• Development projects and joint ventures, including renewable and infrastructure assets
• Off-plan projects, capital transactions and construction-related agreements
• Exposure to high-value clients and national transactions with autonomy and partner support

The ideal candidate:

• 3+ years’ PQE in real estate law (infrastructure and energy experience also considered)
• Strong technical, drafting and commercial skills
• Proven client relationship and matter management ability
• Sharp attention to detail, communication and initiative
• Passion for developing your expertise and growing with a high-calibre team
