Perth Racing is looking for enthusiastic hospitality professionals to join our Casual Food & Beverage team for the Ascot Spring Carnival 2026-2027 commencing in October.

Whether you’re pulling the perfect espresso, shaking cocktails, serving guests in premium hospitality or keeping our bars running smoothly, every race day is different.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Preparing and serving food and beverages
• Mixing and serving alcoholic beverages (bartenders)
• Preparing quality coffee and espresso beverages (baristas)
• Serving guests in restaurants, hospitality suites and function spaces
• Operating POS systems and handling transactions
• Restocking bars and service areas
• Working collaboratively with a large hospitality team
• Creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere for our guests

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, confident and customer-focused
• Hospitality experience across restaurants, bars, cafés or events
• Reliable, punctual and well-presented
• Able to work efficiently in a busy environment
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Flexible and available for weekend work

Essential Requirements

• Previous hospitality experience
• RSA certificate and Food Handling
• Barista experience (for barista positions)
• Cocktail experience (for cocktail bartender positions)
• Availability to work Saturdays, some public holidays and major event days
