About the role
Busy Warehouse with high output of Building Products looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team of four in Customer Service. Focused on Internal and External lining products we supply material all over Melbourne. Combine your knowledge of logistics and customer service at a market leading organisation.
Applicants should possess:
Ability and willingness to deliver exceptional Customer Service
Experience in data entry
Minimum 6-12 months data entry experience required
Solid Communication skills
Sound attention to detail
Logistics/ scheduling skills
Some knowledge of the Building Industry
Product familiarity within the building industry is required
Strong team work ethics
Experience in a similar role
Dispute resolution experience.
Some Saturday work required.
Forklift Licence, counterbalance experience highly regarded
Candidates must possess strong customer service skills balanced with a proactive approach to business improvement, including cost awareness, revenue growth, and operational effectiveness. Coming from a similar Distribution, Trade Counter, or Transport background, the Successful candidate will also possess sound logistics and operational experience.
