Requirements: 

• Operate piling rigs, excavators, cranes, and other heavy machinery.

• Work in close collaboration with supervisors, engineers, and other site workers to meet project deadlines.

• Flexibility to work on a variety of projects in different locations.

• Pass pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing

• Be physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions

• Ability to safely and efficiently adapt to an ever-changing work environment

• Positive can-do attitude with leadership and teaching capabilities

• First Aid qualification preferred

• The successful candidate will be experienced in a number of piling techniques such as CFA and Rigid Inclusion.

• Proven excellent safety record

• Experience working on medium to large projects including but not limited to working on mines, plants, medium to large infrastructure

• Has contactable current and previous employer referees

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Create and enforce a safe environment with a focus on quality

• Carry out basic preventative maintenance and servicing of equipment in line with company and manufacturers details.
